    This warranty service policy is formulated by Shenzhen Yuekhar atomization "technology Co., Ltd. as the Company, authorized retailers " and consumers on XOYO Jubilee atomization bombs and atomization rod return, replacement and maintenance related services policy. If you encounter any after-sales issues during the use of XOYO Jubilee products, please contact the seller, who will resolve your after-sales issues in accordance with this warranty policy.

     

    1  Return due to quality problems, free exchange, free repair service

     

    1.1 Warranty Note: When you find that the XOYO Jubilee atomization bomb or nebulization rod has a quality question, you may submit an after-sales service request to the seller in the manner described in this warranty service policy and provide the seller with the goods that require after-sales inspection.

    If the test results are determined to be a quality problem, we will provide you with a return or free exchange service for the atomized bomb or atomization rod that is causing the problem.

     

    1.2 Product Returns: The return period for quality problems with atomized bombs and nebulized rods is 7 days from the date you receive the item. When you choose to return a return, the seller may provide you with the return operation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the company's after-sales policy.

     

    1.3 Free exchange: The exchange period for quality problems with atomized bombs and nebulized rods is within 15 days from the date you receive the item. When you choose to exchange, the seller can provide you with the exchange operation in accordance with the corresponding laws and regulations, the company's after-sales policy.

     

    1.4 Free repair: The repair period for quality problems with atomized bombs is from the date of receipt of the item to the end of the shelf life, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production of the atomized bomb, and the repair period for quality problems with the nebulized rod is 12 months from the date of receipt of the item. When you choose to repair, the seller can provide you with repair operations in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, the company's after-sales policy.

     

    1.5 Non-quality problems: The seller's test results did not find quality problems or test results found that human damage or improper custody caused equipment damage, the seller can not provide return, free exchange services, at this time you can apply for paid exchange services in accordance with this warranty service policy.

     

    1.6 Other circumstances that are not covered by the free return and exchange, free warranty: more than three packages valid, damage caused by failure to use, maintain or keep as required by the instructions for the use of the product, damage caused by disassembly by a repairer who is not responsible for three packs, and failure to provide valid three-pack vouchers and valid invoices ( for those that can prove that the goods are within the three-pack validity );Unauthorized alteration of three-pack vouchers; product models or numbers on three-pack vouchers that do not conform to the physical goods; no date of production or product certificate; damage caused by force majeure.

     

    2   Paid exchange service

     

    2.1 You may apply for a paid exchange of services in accordance with this Warranty Service Policy if the equipment is damaged as a result of an accidental fall, squeeze, collision, removal or damage to the equipment due to improper use or improper custody.

     

    2.2 The logistics costs incurred during the paid exchange of the atomized rod are at your own expense.

     

    2.3 The paid exchange service of the atomized rod needs to find the XOYO Jubilee official customer service for inspection and confirmation, and then the official customer service provides the collection method, after receiving the payment to start the paid exchange service.
